The KY3840A is a wideband frequency synthesizer module featuring 1 Hz tuning resolution, very low spurious, and excellent phase noise.
The unit incorporates both RS-232 and 4-wire serial interfaces. A Windows application is provided for RS-232 control using a PC.
The KY3840A is programmable by the user to power up at a chosen output frequency and reference configuration.
Its wide bandwidth, fine resolution, and compact size make the KY3840A frequency synthesizer ideal for a variety of applications including automatic-test-equipment (ATE) and communications systems.
